Its class day and 7-8a. My class is at 11a.

I'm running home Office early to not skip anything.

I have a book and essay to do.

Its Free: Now experimental i have some yoga tips for my yoga readers.

Its because I have to plan and start writing my Hatha Yoga lecture 2 eclass.

Hopefully these tips will be an included chapter solo.

1. Yoga is for everyone, any age, and any path style. Therefore within a pandemic everything converts. Yoga becomes required fitness, wellness survival, and emergency assistance. Its no longer informal, causal, freestyle, and psychedelic maybe. Its your fitness nurse or medical. Yoga in India serves everything including the medical community. Its a new adjustment however yoga does shift to meet pandemic needs. This is also all within the yoga Teacher Instructor, coach, to therapist perception. I feel theres no right or wrong format. Hope this helped and theres more tips to come.
